Mental health, entrepreneurship, & comparison, a solo story with Tess Ball

In this solo episode I share a story about backpacking the Grand Canyon in the dark and my journey to get there. This trip was the culmination of many smaller steps and years of work. It's tempting to compare your journey with others, and ask "Why am I not there yet?!?" But progression is your friend. Honor the process.

Resources mentioned in this episode:

Top takeaways:

  1. You're going to fail a lot before you find your groove.

  2. You can never be prepared for everything.

  3. You are a whole person. Your mental health and business aren't separate.

  4. The start of the journey looks a hell of a lot different than the end.
